West Coast Institute of
Management & Technology (WCIMT) was established at Perth, Capital of Western
Australia with a mission to provide vocational and professional educational
services at national and international levels.
At National level West Coast
Institute of Management & Technology (WCIMT) started operating in 1996 as a
college for vocational education as a duly registered and accredited training
institution by the Training Accreditation Council (TAC) of the Training
Department of the Government of Western Australia. WCIMT was also registered
on Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses (CRICOS), providing
accredited courses to local and overseas students up to Graduate Diploma

The Secretary General of United Nations, Mr Annan, was received medal from and signed cooperation for the Order of Science.Education.Culture with WIDU. (Mr Kofi Annan, The Secretary General of United Nations and other Nobel/Lenin Prize Winners are the full professors of WIDU), e.g. Prof. Ilya Prigogine, the Nobel Prize Winner in Chemistry in 1977 and Prof. Eduard Evreinov, Lenin Prize Winner in 1957. Also, WIDU is an affiliate of International Informatization Academy (I.I.A.) to offer global education programs. The International Informatization Academy (IIA) is registered in the United Nations (UN) and ranks as associated member of the UN Secretariat Information department.
WCU/WCIMT Courses are articulated by a number of recognized Australian, British, American and other Universities and Institutions of Higher Education for further studies. The students and graduates of WCU/WCIMT international courses may apply for appropriate membership with many international professional associations.
Graduates of BEng(Hons) and MEng degrees in Electrical and Building Services are eligible to apply for membership in the following professional bodies subject to their working experience.
